To anyone else struggling with the daily life but still showing up: I see you. ☀️

Sometimes just getting out of bed, putting on clothes, and facing the day takes every ounce of energy you have.
Whether it’s sleep inertia, morning anxiety, or just plain burnout - some mornings are a heavy lift.

If you made it up and out today, even if you’re just going through the motions, that is a massive win. Be gentle with yourself today. We’re doing the best we can.

And to anyone who is in desperate need of a lifeline right now: my door is always open for a chat or a coffee. I will see you, and I will hear you. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Indian head massage is a traditional therapeutic technique that originated in India, focusing on the head, neck, shoulders, and face.
It uses pressure-point massage to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve circulation.
Often performed while the client is seated and fully clothed, it can be used with or without oils to help with stress, headaches, and muscle stiffness, and is considered a complementary therapy to enhance overall well-being.

Prenatal massage offers real support for mothers-to-be. Specially designed to meet the needs of the body during pregnancy, it offers an interlude of well-being, relieving physical tension and providing mental relaxation. It is a safe and effective way to lower stress and relieve pregnancy discomforts. A good massage is like hitting the trifecta of self-care: It can reduce stress, relieve aches and pains, and feel like the ultimate indulgence.

Massage - Deep Tissue - 60 Mins

1 hr€80

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage technique that uses slow, firm pressure to target deep layers of muscle and connective tissue.
It is designed to address chronic muscle tension, pain, and injuries by breaking up scar tissue and "knots" (adhesions) that cause stiffness and pain.
While it is an intensive massage, it should not be painful, and the goal is to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and increase circulation.

This process can help individuals address deep-seated issues, heal past hurts, and gain a greater sense of empowerment.
